This policy explains how Alexa Carmona (“I,” “me”) uses information you send through alexacarmonaportfolio.com. This site is a personal portfolio. It does not run advertising networks or sell personal data.
If you submit the contact form on the About page, I collect the name, email address, and message you type. Those submissions are used solely for direct communication — to read your note and reply. They are never sold, shared with unrelated third parties, or added to unauthorized mailing lists.
The form is delivered through FormSubmit, which emails the message to me. Do not include sensitive information (passwords, payment details, or government IDs) in a message.
The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser, and pages requested) to operate and secure the site. This site does not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Cal.com, and similar services are governed by those companies’ own policies once you leave this site.
I keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and follow up on the conversation, then delete them from active mail when they are no longer needed.
